Budget Billing

Budget billing will help you even out your monthly payments. It is based on your past usage. You may call the office and a Customer Service Representative will calculate what your monthly budget amount will be.

A few things to keep in mind if you wish to go on the Budget Billing Program:

1. Your account must be paid in full before going on the program.

2. Please be sure to pay your budgeted amount each month by the due date or be subject to removal from the program.

3. The account will be brought to a zero balance with the June billing statement each year. At that time, the account balance is required in full by the due date or if a credit, the credit amount will be forwarded to your next billing statement.

4. Black HIlls Electric Cooperative will monitor your individual account and your monthly balance is subject to change upon our discrection.
